Marble Look Porcelain
Through-body porcelain printed and structured to read as marble. The specification that solves wet areas, façades and floor runs marble cannot take.

The category has moved fast. Current large-format panels bear very little resemblance to the tile that gave porcelain its reputation ten years ago, and specifiers who wrote it off then should look again.
Where it performs
- Shower floors, walls and wet rooms — non-porous, so no sealing and no etching
- Large floor runs where natural stone lot variation would be a problem
- Façades and ventilated cladding
- Countertops in commercial and rental work
What it does well that marble does not
- Zero porosity. It does not stain, etch or need sealing.
- Repeatable. Panel to panel, batch to batch, the pattern is controlled.
- Available in sizes no marble slab reaches — 1600×3200mm panels are standard.
- Lighter, thinner, and cheaper to ship and install.
What to watch
- Pattern repeat. Cheaper products cycle through a small number of faces and the repeat becomes obvious across a large floor. Ask how many faces a product has.
- Edges. A printed surface on a body of a different colour shows at every cut edge unless the product is through-body or the edge is mitred. This is the single most common failure in porcelain countertop work.
- Fabrication requires the right tooling. Not every fabricator cuts large-format panel well.

6mm and 12mm for wall and floor; 20mm for countertops, exterior paving and raised pedestal systems.
